Free No Hassle Returns

Returns are free and easy at Squire Fine Men's Apparel.  Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.  If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in-store or by pre-paid delivery within thirty days of the purchase date, provided garments remain in unworn and unaltered condition.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s), receiving a store credit or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item(s) purchased.  Refunds on returned items will be issued to the same credit card as original purchase.  Once we receive the product and verify rules compliance we will credit your account.  Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Please read the conditions below.  If conditions are not met we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

How to return or exchange an item

In order to return an item you must first contact us so that we can issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and email you a return label for use.  To request an RMA by phone, call our Ecommerce Returns Manager during business hours at (262) 754-2801.  To request an RMA online, utilize our 'Contact Us' form by clicking here.  Please include the reason for your return.  RMAs submitted online will be issued within one business day of request.  Once an RMA is issued by either method we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to use on your return package.

Once you receive our return label, place the merchandise into a shipping carton (preferably the original packaging) along with a copy of the invoice included in your original shipment.  Securely affix the label over the original, enclose the package and bring it to a UPS drop-off center.

Alternatively, you may return an item in our Brookfield, WI store at the address below.  In-store returns do not require RMA.

Rules

All returned or exchanged items must be in new, unworn and unaltered condition, in appropriate packaging (preferably original) and must include all tags and packing material.

We are not responsible for personal items left in returned merchandise.

Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at your discretion.

RMAs are valid for 15 days.

No Return on Gift Cards.  Squire Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise and service purchases in-store only and may not be redeemed for cash.
